
I’m Ashley, a certified holistic nutritionist and gut health specialist, but before any of that, I was someone who felt completely stuck in her own body.
For years I struggled with bloating, fatigue, skin issues, and eventually Hashimoto’s, all while being told my labs looked “normal.” Deep down, I knew something wasn’t right. No one gave me the answers I was looking for, so I started digging for them myself.
I discovered that my gut was at the root of everything I was experiencing, and once I began addressing diet, lifestyle, and stress not just masking symptoms, things finally started to change.
Through gut healing protocols, nutrition changes, and daily habits that actually supported my body, I was able to move out of survival mode. My bloating went away, my energy came back, my skin cleared up and for the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
